the buffet food had great variety and was delicious. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and always very clean. i enjoyed the several activities provided, including stretching and beach volleyball.
The air conditioning in the room did not work effectively. It was warmer in the room than in the hotel corridor.

The pool temperature was JUST right. Daily housekeeping kept our room clean. The location is very convenient to Land of Legends park, only a short drive. I enjoyed the available spa and water park inside the hotel.
I wish the hotel had more English-speaking staff. It was occasionally difficult to communicate my needs effectively.

Land of Legends park is very close, just ten minutes away. The hotel's access to both a private beach and a pier provides diverse options. Beautiful sunsets at the beach or pier are not to be missed. The beach area is clean.

The lack of readily available information upon arrival proved challenging. I would have appreciated a detailed map indicating the locations of various restaurants and facilities to better navigate the premises.

I found the staff very professional. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The minibar received daily refills, so I was always stocked with refreshments. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail.
The AC did not function well in some areas. Some common spaces were warmer than ideal. This impacted my comfort level a little bit.

The pool water temperature was just RIGHT. The food selection impressed me. I found many options. Activities catered to adults and children alike. I enjoyed the daily room cleaning. The housekeeper maintained excellent standards.
the beach area needed IMPROVEMENT. The loungers seemed of lower quality. Shade coverage was inadequate, with canopies failing to provide sufficient protection. The pier was unfortunately closed, disappointing.
